Welcome to Magic Psy Shop (https://magicpsyshop.com) (“Creator,” “we,” or “us”), operated in partnership with the Fourthwall platform (the “Service”). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Magic Psy Shop regarding your use of the website and the purchase of physical artifacts, studio gear, and tech accessories (“Products”).

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing the Service or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service Overview. We offer an independent e-commerce storefront featuring original artwork, studio desk mats, dual-layer tough tech cases, laptop covers, and functional artifacts created by artist and music producer LIORA.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 16 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By placing an order, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Pricing and Payments.

• Currency: Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) or your local currency based on geolocation. Checkout is processed in the currency specified during the final payment step.

• Payment Authorization: You authorize Magic Psy Shop and its integrated third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to charge your chosen payment method for all orders placed, including applicable taxes.

• Pricing Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, and promotional bundle offers at any time without prior notice.

4. Production and Shipping.

• European Crafting: All physical products are custom manufactured on demand and dispatched from our production hub in Lithuania (European Union).

• Fulfillment Time: Production and packaging take 1-3 business days.

• Free Tracked Shipping: We provide free tracked international delivery on all orders. A tracking code is provided via automated email upon dispatch.

• Customs and Taxes: Orders delivered within the European Union are 100% free of import duties and customs tariffs. For deliveries outside the EU, recipients remain responsible for any local import VAT or customs clearance charges required by destination country laws.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds.

• Made-to-Order Policy: Because each artifact is custom printed and assembled individually to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, subjective artistic preference, or ordering incorrect device sizes. Please verify your phone model and desk measurements prior to checkout.

• Damage & Defect Guarantee: We provide a 100% replacement or refund guarantee for any product arriving damaged in transit, defective, or with manufacturing print errors. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to magicpsyshop@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the defect and your order number.

6. Intellectual Property. All visual designs, sacred geometry illustrations, 3D artwork, logos, graphics, and text on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Liora-Nehama and Magic Psy Shop, protected under international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any artwork or designs without prior written authorization.

7. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of local, national, or international regulations;

• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or compromise the security and infrastructure of the Site;

• Scrape, harvest, or extract automated data without permission;

• Impersonate any person or entity during checkout or correspondence.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability. Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we guarantee high-durability manufacturing standards and impact protection, Magic Psy Shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from device misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms and any purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union consumer regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hungary. Platform infrastructure services provided by Fourthwall remain subject to their respective terms.
