Returns & Quality Guarantee:
Every physical artifact is custom printed to order at our European workshop in Lithuania. Because each item is manufactured individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, subjective preference, or incorrect device selection. Please measure your desk and confirm your exact phone or laptop model before placing an order.
Defects & Damage:
We provide a 100% replacement or full refund guarantee if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing fault. Contact us at magicpsyshop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Attach clear photographs of the defect and your order number. We will dispatch a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Care Instructions:

Studio Desk Mats: Clean using a soft microfiber cloth with warm water and mild soap. Air dry flat. Do not machine wash, bleach, or iron.

Tough Tech Cases: Wipe clean with a damp microfiber cloth. Avoid acetone and harsh abrasive solvents.
